I am a coach, mindfulness teacher and workshop facilitator with over 25 years’ experience of helping teams and individuals to overcome obstacles, gain confidence, get some perspective, think differently and realise their potential.
About me
I work with individuals at pivotal moments in their careers and lives — when they need space to think clearly, make important decisions and move forward with confidence.
My coaching style is calm, thoughtful and quietly challenging. I create a supportive space where people can step back from day-to-day pressures, gain fresh perspective and work through the questions that really matter.
Over the years I’ve supported many individuals through career transitions, leadership challenges and periods of change, helping them rebuild confidence, clarify direction and take purposeful next steps.
I began my career in property development before transitioning into people development where I led L&D for a global real estate company for many years. In 2022 I founded Team U alongside my husband Tim.
