My 30+ year career has focussed on innovation and high performing teams. As a coach I work with teams and individuals, encouraging them to challenge their beliefs and helping them optimise performance and achieve their goals
About me
I work with individuals, leaders and teams navigating change and facing important decisions. My focus is helping people build confidence and gain clarity in complex situations.
My coaching style is calm, open and constructively challenging. I create space for people to step back, gain perspective and make thoughtful decisions about what to do next.
Over the years I’ve coached and mentored a wide range of leaders, supporting them as they take on new roles, establish new business areas, develop high-performing teams and navigate periods of growth and change.
Before moving into coaching, my career centred on innovation and growth. I’ve built high-performing teams and created new businesses across the property and energy sectors. These experiences now inform my coaching, particularly when supporting leaders facing strategic challenges or stepping into bigger responsibilities.
